It’s just a slightly longer walk to the casino & restaurants (but really not bad … plus I can use the exercise). Our accommodations were in the newer section of Hard Rock, called the Platinum Tower. It’s merely a one hour and thirty minute drive from New Orleans. Stepping away temporarily from your usual day-to-day routine, really helps you both mentally and physically.
